2025 BENEFICIARY
Queensland Remote Area Tracking (QRAT) is a volunteer-based search and rescue organisation that provides specialist remote area tracking services across Queensland. QRAT works closely with police and emergency services to help locate missing persons, particularly in rural, bushland, and hard-to-access areas.

Using highly trained trackers, field skills, and local knowledge, QRAT plays a vital role in supporting emergency response efforts and improving outcomes in time-critical situations. Their work is carried out by dedicated volunteers who give their time and expertise to assist communities across the state.
